Me, Myself & I Teens empowers teen girls to discover their self-worth, build lasting confidence, and embrace both their inner and outer beauty. Through its signature programs, Confident Me Academy and Beautiful Me University, the organization provides impactful mentorship and development experiences that encourage healthy decision-making, support personal and career/entrepreneurship goal-setting, and equip young women with the tools they need to grow, lead, and thrive.

Join Me, Myself, and I for a fun and informative workshop about living your best life as a teen girl! We are hosting our annual Beautiful Me University for girls ages 13-18. This event will feature workshops on a healthy mind, self-esteem/self-care, and creating healthy habits that are kind to the mind. Our engaging workshops provide an interactive and fun outlet for BMU attendees to positively express themselves with the support of their peers and BMU Staff. The workshop includes a valuable curriculum that engages, inspires, and empowers. Registration is free and includes the BMU conference kit to be mailed to all attendees prior to the event.
